Rainbow of Seaglass Necklace

A handmade Necklace in a rainbow of found seaglass pieces.

I had so much joy designing and making this piece, it would be very difficult to find the full rainbow of colours in seaglass, especially locally, so this is just a few pieces.

I often spend time wandering along my local coastline so it’s very easy to be inspired by the sea in the designs I make. I also sometimes find sea treasures in the form of seaglass. So I’ve hand picked a few pieces that had the best shape and colour to set into a necklace. This is a very simplistic design to show as much of the glass as possible. The seaglass is untouched as much as possible, so it remains just as I found it.

The necklace measures approx 18 inches with a hook fastening which can be attached at your desired length.

Largest seaglass charm measures approx 9mm

The Seaglass colours included, according to the Seaglass Index are as follows;

Amber, Olive Amber, Kelly Green, Green Blue, Seafoam Green, Cornflower Blue and Cobalt Blue.
